Mo Degler - President Cell - 561.324.0708 eMail - mdegler@rpbsi-strikers.com Mo Degler was born in Toledo, Ohio but moved to Florida during her childhood.  She has been married to her husband Richard for 17 years. They have a blended family of 7 children which includes 6 boys and 1 girl, all of whom have been or are currently involved in Royal Palm Beach Soccer. Her husband started coaching their sons over 16 years ago starting with K Division and U8 Division. The games were played at what is now Bob Marcello Park, formerly known as The Willows.   Mo’s initial involvement started out as Team Mom. When her youngest son went into the K Division 3 years ago, she stepped into the coaching role and also became certified as a USSF Referee.  Mo then further dedicated herself to the Royal Palm Beach Strikers by serving as a Board Member for 2 years, Board of Director Treasurer for 2 years, and currently as Board of Director President  Mo’s other volunteer activities include serving as the Assignor for the Recreation Program, as well as serving as the Club’s alternate Representative for the South Florida Youth Soccer Association.    Robin Higgs - Secretary Cell - 561.324.0710 eMail - rhiggs@rpbsi-strikers.com Robin Higgs was born and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida. Her involvement with the Royal Palm Beach Strikers started 4 years ago when her daughter played in K Division.  During the last four years, Robin has served as Team Mom and Coach for the recreation division. She has also served as Team Manager for the last two years for both daughters’ competitive teams (currently U10 and U12). Robin has further dedicated herself to the Royal Palm Beach Strikers by serving as a Board Member for three years, and currently as Board of Directors Treasurer. Robin’s other volunteer activities include serving as the Club’s FLUGSA  Representative for the last two years, and currently serving as the FLUGSA Divisional Coordinator for the U9 Division.      Jorge Yong - Treasurer Cell - 561-324-0709 eMail - jyong@rpbsi-strikers.com Jorge Yong is originally from Miami, Florida. He settled in Palm beach County with his wife Cheryl after serving 6 years in the U.S. Navy. Jorge and Cheryl have been married 21 years and have 2 sons (17 & 11 y/o) both playing soccer. Jorge is a "D" licensed coach as well as a certified USSF Referee. Jorge played soccer in high school and college until suffering a devastating injury . He first coached in Royal Palm about 8 years ago,  and after a few years away came back and began coaching again 5 years ago. He volunteered as a board member 2 years ago and has stepped in a interim secretary for this year. Jorge owns Mobile-Tec onsite computer service which has been a sponsor for the past 5 years.      Volunteer Board Member: Dave Sunderman Dave Sunderman is originally from northwest Ohio but moved to Florida in 1998. He has been coaching soccer since 2005. Dave has a State E coaching license and has coached ages ranging from U6 to U11, including recreation, all-stars and competitive. He also volunteers his time as a Board Member for the Royal Palm Beach Strikers.
